Ingredients
- 6 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces (6 whole crackers = 2 cups)
- 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1-1/2 cups crumbled fudge brownies
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate morsels
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/3 cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
- Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping, optional
Directions
- Preheat gas grill for medium heat. Meanwhile, stir together graham crackers, marshmallows, brownies and morsels in large bowl.
- Place one 18x18 piece of heavy aluminum foil on counter. Spray with cooking spray. Place mixture in center of foil; drops dollaps of peanut butter evenly over the top. Double fold top and ends of foil, leaving space for steam to gather.
- Place packet on grate; cover grill. Grill 5 minutes or until marshmallows and morsels melt. Carefully open packet. Top with Reddi-wip, if desired. Serve immediately.

Packet may be baked on shallow pan in 400°F oven for 10 minutes or until marshmallows and morsels melt.

- 4 foil-wrapped milk chocolate squares, unwrapped
- 5 seconds Reddi-wip® Chocolate Dairy Whipped Topping (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original
- 1/2 cup dry chocolate fudge brownie mix
Directions
- Place 2 chocolate squares each in bottom of 2 microwave-safe mugs.
- Whisk together Reddi-wip, Egg Beaters and brownie mix in medium bowl. Place half of the batter in each mug.
- Microwave each mug individually on HIGH 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds. Invert each cake onto a plate; serve immediately with additional Reddi-wip.
Cook's Tips
A variety of chocolate candies may be used. In place of the chocolate squares, try chocolate bite-size candy bars, chocolate mints or whatever flavor desired. One fresh egg may be used in place of 1/4 cup Egg Beaters. Cake mix or baking mix may be used in place of brownie mix.

- 3/4 cup hot strong brewed coffee
- 1 envelope (0.73 oz each) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
- 1/2 cup vanilla premium ice cream (1/2 cup = 1 large scoop)
- Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
- Combine hot coffee and cocoa mix in small bowl until well blended; set aside.
